Responsibilities:
  • Boost Enclosures' business (to an agreed value) in a specific period.
  • Increase the profitability of Enclosures' business in Qatar in compliance with country guidelines.
  • Develop & manage new / existing channels (ODs, PBs, SIs, OEMs) to increase the market share of Enclosures' business by saturating them with relevant Enclosures' offers.
  • Define a go-to-market strategy for Enclosures' activity to optimize its sell-in / sell-out through the suitable channels.
  • Create & win new opportunities in segments business (esp. Energies & Chemicals, Data Centers, WWW, Marine, Transportation) and increase market visibility.
  • Ensure Enclosures offers are approved as a preferred vendor with all major end users.
