As a Human Resources Manager for our Luxury Brands, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters a positive work environment for all employees. You will support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey, educate and train managers on HR disciplines, and welcome and conduct new team member orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
  • Educate and train managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance.
  • Welcome and conduct new team member orientation.
  • Coordinate both internal and external training programs and send relevant employees for training.
  • Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
  • Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed.
  • Build great relations with outside contacts.
  • Assist in the recruitment, resourcing and reference checking of all new team members.
  • First point of contact for all team members in relation to human resources function and queries.
  • Organize and assist in the employee engagement activities in the hotel.

Guest Experience

You will develop creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide guests with a unique experience. You will make time to interact with guests to hear feedback and build relationships to understand how team members can increase guest satisfaction. You will work with department managers to develop initiatives to reach service standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.

Responsible Business

You will develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in local community. You will ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures. You will be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 2 years' related experience as HR Executive/ Asst. HR Manager, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A positive and keen to learn attitude.
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English and with good communication skills.
