Job Purpose Summary

The incumbent is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers, answering queries, and guiding them through various banking procedures. They will also market the Group's products and services, encouraging customers to increase their business with the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service
  2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving their queries and complaints effectively.
  3. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Cross-sell products to customers, leveraging on existing relationships to improve profitability and drive customer retention.
  5. Product Knowledge
  6. Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries and providing information about various products and services offered by the Group.
  7. Perform customer-related tasks such as account opening, customer data maintenance, and issue of balance/no liability certificates.
  8. Internal Processes
  9. Coordinate with tellers and branch operations staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  10. Assume teller or branch operations staff responsibilities at peak times or whenever necessary.
  11. Learning and Development
  12. Possess working knowledge of branch customer service to carry out duties and responsibilities.
  13. Identify areas for professional development and undertake development activities to remain current with all developments in the professional field.
Requirements
  1. Diploma degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  2. No years of experience required.
