PPL Dynamics seeks a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support for end-user incidents and handle employee technical requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV Expertise: We are looking for someone with actual experience in using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, specifically Level 1 in Navision. The ideal candidate should be able to read errors, configure access rights, create and delete users, troubleshoot, analyze, and escalate if needed.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance with setting up computers, peripherals, and related configurations. Ensure necessary access is provided upon joining or release of an employee, and extract and update relevant logs and supporting documents.
  • Inventory Management: Identify computer, network, or IT equipment shortages and ensure the procurement department has sufficient stock by the required deadline.
  • User Management: Maintain and collect users' physical requests on Google IT drive with a clear reference name and date.
  • IT Audits: Support conducting internal IT audits to guarantee company data is sufficiently protected and compliant with IT policy and procedures.
  • Reporting: Report non-conformities through the document management system.
