About the Role:

As a Technical Support Specialist at ABC Consultants, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional telephone and email support to clients and users, addressing their queries and resolving their issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure full availability of Service Desk telephone and email support during shift.
  2. Provide timely support to clients and users through phone calls and emails.
  3. Monitor support mailboxes and log incidents and service requests in the system.
  4. Take ownership of all open Incidents and Service Requests and update them daily.
  5. Create work instructions to help deal with similar incidents and requests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education in IT or related field.
  • Current Microsoft or Cisco certifications backed by practical experience.
  • Experience with BES and Blackberry support.
  • At least 1 year experience supporting Cisco IPT systems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
