Job Summary

Nakilat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Department Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the HR department by assisting in planning and organizing the delivery of HR department initiatives and KPIs in line with the organization's overall strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities
  1. Provide analytical support to the HR department, including conducting analysis and producing reports on employee demographics, new joiners, and attrition.
  2. Contribute to the development of HR department KPIs and initiatives.
  3. Track progress of all HR corporate and departmental initiatives & KPIs and ensure follow-up with HR heads on tasks/milestones completion.

In addition, the HR Department Support Specialist will participate in the implementation of HR department-related projects and assist in meeting project deadlines across different HR sections.
