"},"ul":{"li":[{"text":"Ensure exceptional guest service and staff delivery of the brand promise"},{"text":"Manage staff to provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments"},{"text":"Observe employee-guest interactions and coach staff in guest service skills as necessary"},{"text":"Handle guest and internal customer complaints and enquiries in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner"},{"text":"Operate the outlet in line with goals to maximize profitability while delivering on the brand promise"},{"text":"Assist in preparing the Annual Business Plan and budget for the outlet"},{"text":"Analyze outlet business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting"},{"text":"Proactively manage outlet financial targets and costs based on key performance indicators"},{"text":"Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies relating to financial record keeping and money handling"},{"text":"Participate in weekly yield and revenue management meetings to maximize yield and overall profits"},{"text":"Seize marketing and promotional opportunities to raise awareness and drive outlet revenues"},{"text":"Support the implementation of the Annual Marketing Plan for F&B operations"},{"text":"Manage the outlet to pursue excellence and quality in all aspects of the operation"},{"text":"Coordinate with consultant-partner organizations to implement restaurant concept and ensure full delivery of brand promise"},{"text":"Maintain a clean and organized outlet and surrounding area"},{"text":"Oversee the preparation and implementation of outlet manpower rosters to effectively meet operational needs"},{"text":"Monitor outlet operations during peak business periods and make resourcing adjustments as necessary"},{"text":"Ensure the operation and its staff flexibly support and collaborate with other departments"},{"text":"Ensure staff are up to date with the availability of seasonal and new items on the menu"},{"text":"Collaborate with the Head Chef/Executive Chef and team to optimize the outlet\u2019s operation"},{"text":"Monitor and maintain the quality standards of food and beverage products served in the outlet"},{"text":"Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies"},{"text":"Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as required by operational needs"},{"text":"Maintain equipment to a high standard and obtain technical support as necessary"},{"text":"Establish clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, monitor individual performance, and provide regular feedback"},{"text":"Control costs by minimizing waste, spoilage, and breakages"},{"text":"Drive operational profitability by upselling opportunities"},{"text":"Ensure compliance with the organization\u2019s policies and procedures"},{"text":"Participate in F&B management meetings"},{"text":"Support banqueting and other activities as assigned by the Director of F&B Operations"},{"text":"Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of F&B Operations as necessary"},{"text":"Encourage and motivate employees, building trust, respect, and cooperation within the team"},{"text":"Maintain a positive and harmonious work environment within the operation"},{"text":"Review and approve HR-related issues, including staff personal issues and manpower planning"},{"text":"Support the Director of F&B Operations with the recruitment, selection, and orientation of outlet staff"},{"text":"Oversee the punctuality and appearance of outlet staff, ensuring the correct uniform is worn and staff maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene"},{"text":"Maximize the effectiveness of outlet staff by developing their skills and competencies through training, coaching, and mentoring"},{"text":"Conduct annual performance management reviews for outlet staff and support them in their professional development goals"},{"text":"Plan and implement effective training programs for staff members"},{"text":"Ensure staff follow all company and local policies, rules, and regulations, including those related to health and safety, security, etc."},{"text":"Attend training sessions when required and keep up to date with industry developments and practices"}]},"h3":{"text":"Requirements"},"ul":{"li":[{"text":"Well-developed computing skills, including understanding of relevant IT products and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP)"},{"text":"At least 6 years of relevant experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry"},{"text":"Experience in GCC countries in fine dining restaurants; work experience in Michelin restaurants or top restaurants from GCC area"},{"text":"Degree in hospitality or relevant certification is preferred"},{"text":"Good experience satisfying and understanding GCC clients and special requests"},{"text":"Willing to relocate to Qatar"}]}
