This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Strategist and contribute to our mission of improving social and health outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, program development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and design integrated workshops and strategy design sessions.
  3. Gather critical data to inform strategies and ensure they are underpinned by evidence and analytics.
  4. Provide inventive ideas and approaches to ensure partners can achieve their intended objectives.
  5. Act as an effective liaison between technical teams, analysts, and evaluation experts to inform data-driven planning and course correction exercises.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Seasoned strategic thinking skills with a strong grasp of the latest strategic frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deal with complex problems in a structured way.
  • Experience in a broad range of management functions, such as governance, marketing, HR, finance, IT etc.
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
