Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Telephone Coordinator. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for handling all external and internal calls, ensuring that guest requests are met promptly and efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process all external and internal calls, redirecting or assisting callers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow-up with the necessary departments and guests.
  • Coordinating Butler daily operations to ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Provide information on hotel services and amenities to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, to resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong working knowledge of computerized Front Office systems, particularly Micros. Prior experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a safe working environment.
