Job Description

The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk, reception, and guest services.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks:
    • Directs and coordinates all marketing activities to effectively communicate with guests throughout the hotel.
    • Maintains accurate records, including the Daily Log Book, and reports lost items to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Delivers exceptional guest service at all times, embodying the brand promise and providing personalized attention to every guest interaction.
    • Responds promptly and professionally to internal customer inquiries, handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Financial Management:
    • Ensures compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting timely financial information to ensure transparency and accountability.
  4. Marketing and Public Relations:
    • Develops an Annual Marketing Plan, identifying opportunities to increase awareness and drive business growth.
    • Analyzes market trends, vendors, and competitors to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.
  5. Operational Excellence:
    • Meets and greets guests, assisting with registrations and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
    • Maintains control of room keys, ensures brand standards are met, and responds to consumer audit results to implement relevant changes.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Works collaboratively with other Front Office personnel to achieve collective goals, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
