Business Unit Overview

The Consumer business unit plays a critical role in Ooredoo's first-line customer-facing activities, offering a wide range of products and services. This department is responsible for managing customer billing, collections, and customer satisfaction while minimizing risk exposure. It also supports the division by achieving a balance between debt recovery and maintaining a positive company image through strategic planning, motivation, and control.

Job Responsibilities

This role encompasses end-to-end credit activities, including follow-up collections, credit vetting and dunning recommendations, monitoring of customer accounts' credit standings, account maintenance, and ongoing review of customer credit-worthiness. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry, with specific expertise in billing, collections, and customer management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering
