Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as campaign performance, customer acquisition, and brand sentiment.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Director in an Electrical Industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
