Our client, a Real Estate Alternative Lender, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will be responsible for proactively reaching out to real estate investors and developers to gauge interest in their funding platforms. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset and be able to navigate the industry with ease. The position offers a bonus structure for each term loan closed, with uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include making 75+ calls per day and setting meetings for sales managers. The company provides generated and inbound leads, allowing the Sales Development Representative to focus on building relationships and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
