Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate solutions, and generate sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role will include:

  1. Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.
  2. Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
  3. Articulating the solutions and services available and tailoring it to client-specific needs.
  4. Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.
  5. Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs.
  6. Making use of technology to set up meetings, webinars, and other digital events whilst travel is limited.
Requirements

For this role, you need to be highly tenacious, driven and have the following skillset:

  1. Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  2. Be target driven and capable of hitting KPI's and activity levels.
  3. Knowledge of CRM systems advantageous.
  4. Be an experienced Business Development Executive with a track record OR be a junior candidate with a REAL desire to get into sales
