About the Position

Talent Leaders Inc. is seeking a FHIR and HL7 Expert to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our CIS team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining healthcare integration solutions using HL7 and FHIR standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain healthcare integration solutions using HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize InterSystems Ensemble for seamless application integration.
  • Collaborate with the CIS team to enhance interoperability and data exchange.
  • Debug, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure system reliability.
  • Provide technical support for existing integration workflows and implement new ones as per project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HL7 (v2.x/v3) messaging and FHIR protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with InterSystems Ensemble (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Cache ObjectScript.
  • Understanding of healthcare standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent CI/CD skills especially Azure DevOps.
  • Good experience in application modernization, microservices, and Software-as-a-Service solutions (Kubernetes, Azure App Services).

  • Location: Qatar.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
