Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cargo Processes Policies Controls Officer. This role involves sharing expertise and fresh ideas to enhance our processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to close gaps and eliminate duplicated tasks.
  • Consolidate feedback from stakeholders to gauge the effectiveness of new procedures.
  • Assist user departments in understanding their core processes and needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Discuss recommended procedures with process owners and management.
  • Prepare for ISO 9001 and IATA CEIV by reviewing standards and requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QR Cargo Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
