Key Responsibilities
The Senior Employee Relations Administrator role at Qatarenergy involves:
  1. Administering documentation relating to working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  2. Providing information on HR policies and procedures to section heads and supervisors.
  3. Meeting with employees to document conversations for investigation purposes.
  4. Establishing pertinent information and producing investigation reports with recommendations to support investigations of grievances, harassment, absence, and disciplinary cases.
  5. Implementing the outcome of investigation reports, including issuing warning letters.
  6. Liaising with the Medical department on employee cases with a medical dimension.
  7. Generating statistical reports as required by the situation.
  8. Acting as the SharePoint Administrator to create and manage ER case databases and maintain comprehensive and confidential case records.
