Contract Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administration Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of financial aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial aspects.
- Collaborate with contractor and client to prepare a detailed baseline budget.
- Provide cost reports on a bimonthly basis.
- Verify contractor payment applications.
- Maintain logs for approved and rejected costs.
- Evaluate change order requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized university.
- Minimum 15 postgraduate years of experience and 10 years of similar work experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Qualified or in the process of accreditation by a recognized international body such as Chartered Status Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and Chartered Status Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Strong command and previous experience in contracts administration cost of plus contracts in a large portfolio.
- Managerial skills and ability to direct, manage, and supervise the audit team.
- Prior experience managing commercial delivery of large scale infrastructure projects within Qatar.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
