Job Overview

The Associate Manager L&D role at KPMG in Qatar involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This includes conducting needs assessments, developing tailored learning initiatives, and measuring program effectiveness to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Partner with stakeholders to understand learning and development needs and design solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific L&D needs and skills gaps, as well as the most appropriate way to respond.
  4. Create and continuously update curriculum for respective functions, ensuring it is aligned to business objectives and global requirements.
  5. Prepare training plans for delivery areas and manage their execution.
  6. Sourcing vendors, facilitators, and materials when new courses are needed.
  7. Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including e-learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training.
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years working experience in learning and development.
  • Previous experience in Big 4/Multinational organizational environment highly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
