Job Description:

This role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing ecosystem across paid, owned and earned channels. The ideal candidate will provide marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products and services, and lead all our digital channels such as the website, physical and virtual network, and all upcoming digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help create key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement.
  2. Contribute to related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the communications strategy.
  3. Serve the promotional needs of all departments across all markets to enhance stakeholders' value.
  4. Maintain regular contact with international offices, business heads, managers and leaders to ensure full integration with business goals and objectives.
  5. Develop and lead the organization's annual digital marketing plan across paid, owned and earned media including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliates across local and international markets.
  6. Monitor and analyze SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide ongoing reporting.
  7. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  8. Set up and optimize PPC campaigns.
  9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPI).
  10. Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the organization's overarching marketing strategy.
  11. Implement strategies to drive traffic to our website including SEO and PPC.
  12. Create and maintain the digital marketing policy and framework.
  13. Lead negotiations across local and international markets on key media bookings and contracts to ensure optimized exposure at preferential costs.
  14. Develop MarTech solutions for excellence in planning, operations, and customer experience.
  15. Implement departmental policies and procedures to establish effective presence across both offline and online channels.
  16. Develop and execute a clearly defined digital media strategy that increases the company brand equity and awareness across group and individual markets.
  17. Manage the organization's entire digital and offline media marketing budget, including website development and maintenance, outreach and promotion, personnel and operations, outdoor, print, etc.
  18. Recruit, motivate and oversee the team, ensuring superior quality of communication and project delivery at all times.
  19. Maintain analytics reports and present analysis of campaigns and trends to management.
  20. Collaborate with brand and in-country communications teams for seamless execution of cross-market brand strategy.
  21. Ensure adherence of international offices to global brand governance and communications framework management process.
  22. Ensure our group brand and supporting social media communications strategy is relevant and enduring at both local market and international levels under one unified brand.
  23. Coordinate, perform or direct all aspects of media projects including pre-production, production, and post-production phases through delivery of completed end product to the client.
  24. Have advanced knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  25. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
