Job Description

About the Role

As a Digital Employee Experience Officer at Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and updates of all employee experience digital platforms. You will be the focal point for content deployment, quality, and refresh while maintaining all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist, monitor, and organize the content within existing employee experience platforms, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Create specific action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the employee experience digital touchpoints, aligning with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of existing pages with information, ensuring it stays current and updated, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with business stakeholders and conduct regular content audits to ensure their respective content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to understand their communication requirements and leverage existing digital tools to maximize employee engagement.
  • Assist in maximizing digital engagement opportunities and ensuring the required communications are delivered through various existing platforms, driving business outcomes.
  • Responsible for the intranet portal and other content platforms, managing various business requests, ensuring the updated information is regularly published, and constantly looking for engaging content to be shared with all staff.
  • Review the outgoing communications before they go live on the platforms, ensuring the message and campaigns are aligned with timelines and content, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in developing and managing the product and process documents required for the various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Promote and disseminate key company policies and values via internal communications channels, reinforcing the company's culture and vision.
  • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods through digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as the community admin for Viva Engage and other community-based platforms, ensuring regular engagement and participation, and fostering a sense of community among employees.
  • Perform other department duties related to their position as directed by the Head of the Department.
