Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Front Office Hospitality Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards, and meeting customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area and a degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing kitchen shift operations and ensuring compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Estimating and communicating daily production needs.
  3. Preparing and cooking foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  4. Maintaining purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations and standards.

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Effectively communicating with people at all levels and possessing strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  2. Leading by example and effectively managing and motivating a fantastic team.
  3. Developing your own skills and knowledge, as well as those around you.
  4. Adapting to change and embracing new ideas and processes.
