  • Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, and shipping, preferably in the Qatar market.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients and shipping agents.
  • Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates holding a NOC transferable QID. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
