The Guest Services Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities in their specific area of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate agreements.

The main responsibilities of the Guest Services Director include:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations, services, and amenities to provide exceptional customer service and maximize sales potential.
  4. Providing regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in sales and marketing or a related field.
  • At least two years of postgraduate work experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of hospitality operations and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
