Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and ensuring that our brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and serve customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Maintain a clean and well-prepared service area
  • Efficiently manage the settlement of all customer accounts
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment
  • Ability to create classic cocktails
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
