The Ned Doha is a luxurious hotel and private members' club offering exceptional experiences to its guests. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Club Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring that members have an exceptional experience.

About the Role
  • Responsible for the overall experience of members within the membership club.
  • Oversee event planning, coordination, and execution for member events, including food, drinks, service standards, membership acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, communications, digital, events, and sales) to achieve Club objectives.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement events strategies to enhance member experiences.
  2. Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and food and beverage services.
  3. Work closely with the Club Head Chef and Bar Manager on menu and drinks development to ensure relevance and margin contribution.

This exciting role will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, driving business growth, and promoting the luxury brand.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Events Manager in a luxury environment, preferably hotel or hospitality company.
  • Vast knowledge of events and marketing concepts.

  • A team player with emotional intelligence and a 'can-do' attitude.
