The VP Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading strategic communications management, enhancing the delivery of organizational strategy goals, and further refining performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the QNB intranet/SM channels, taking overall responsibility for content and contributions.
  2. Advise direct reports on matters affecting communications, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
  3. Develop key projects such as newsletters or new communication formats to enhance organization-wide informed staff.
  4. Undertake other duties as reasonably required in the role.
  5. Ensure alignment and consistency of internal communications activities across all functions and regions is successfully delivered.
  6. Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications mediums.
  7. Coordinate with GCD functions on creative designs and templates to ensure brand and creative alignments.
  8. Assist Internal Communications in establishing best-in-class communication practices and frameworks.
  9. Manage digital assets updates such as Loyalty programs, Intranet, Social Media, etc.

Qualifications

  1. University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline.
  2. Strategist with skills on brand transformation techniques.
  3. Good understanding of CI tools/techniques and related best practices.
  4. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  5. Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and follow project plans and implementations.
  6. Ability to follow through with initiatives.
  7. Planning and organizing ability.
  8. Ability to work with diverse cultural teams.
