About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Senior Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with a focus on strategy, supplier management, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • managing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery performance;
  • analyzing and interpreting data to inform procurement decisions;
  • leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10-12 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • strong knowledge of automated procurement systems, Office and web applications;
  • strong knowledge of local and international procurement and maritime laws and procedures;
  • strong knowledge of procurement and maritime procurement techniques, procedures, and policies;
  • strong knowledge of analyzing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies;
  • strong knowledge and application of measuring & evaluating performance of suppliers and vendors;
  • business fluent in English.
