About Us:
Axios International is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to patients, doctors, and other stakeholders. As a member of our Patient Access Team, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient applications in our Patient Access Programs across the region. This role requires a strong command of spoken and written English, experience in data monitoring and management, and customer service management.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in social work or public health, 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Program Manager to secure patient file approval, ensure patient files are complete and ready for submission, and maintain and update electronic program files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Axios in daily meetings with patients, doctors, and carry out administrative duties both in the field and office.
  • Liaise with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients to ensure smooth coordination of patient applications.
  • Administer co-payment reimbursement solutions and ensure timely payment to patients.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to secure patient file approval and ensure patient files are complete and ready for submission.
  • Collaborate with Axios staff to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the program.
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress and performance, including monitoring and tracking patient files.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
