Job Summary

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Deals Consultant to join our team. As a Deals Consultant, you will play a key role in providing financial modeling expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for a variety of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raisings.
  • Assist in transaction structuring, business case development, and procurement options analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Information Memorandums, teaser documents, and investor marketing materials.
  • Participate in financial due diligence engagements and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support senior team members in their origination efforts and assist in the supervision of less experienced team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software.
