Job Description

The HR Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for Prime Placement Vision, responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to fill open positions. This position requires effective recruitment strategies and practices to ensure the company attracts and retains exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans accordingly.
    Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    Proactively source candidates through online databases, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
    Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct phone screenings to assess their qualifications and interest in the position.
  3. Interview Coordination:
    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth process.
    Prepare interview materials, including questions and assessment tools, to support informed decision-making.
  4. Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
    Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Prime Placement Vision's values and mission.
    Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  5. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary to secure their commitment.
    Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
    Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    Analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
