Job Description

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence throughout our hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of guest rooms, including status and preferences.
  • Ensuring all public areas are clean and tidy, including lobby, corridors, and amenities.
  • Coordinating housekeeping schedules and tasks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk and concierge, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
