About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at People Dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship building. As a Sales and Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and establishing long-term relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
    Identify potential clients and develop strategies to establish strong relationships.
    Conduct regular meetings to convert leads into clients and build trust with customers.
  2. Product Knowledge & Sales Presentation:
    Develop a deep understanding of PPE products and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
    Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing structures to clients.
  3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Gather and analyze market information to stay competitive and aware of customer needs.
    Identify and report on competitive products, pricing, and customer feedback.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    Provide regular sales reports to the Head of Sales, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
