Director of Sales and Business Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts team as a Director of Sales and Business Development.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and business development function across multiple properties.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional sales performance.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against targets.
- At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 years of hotel sales experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must have a driver's license in the applicable state.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
