At PPL Dynamics, we are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead our technology team.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, integrations, and technology implementation.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

About the Role

We are looking for an expert with at least 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, integrations, and technology implementation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and will be well-versed in leading cross-functional teams.

  • Solution Architecture: The ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements is essential. This includes experience with Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP S4, Rise, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Technical Leadership: The candidate will provide technical guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills are necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, integrations, and technology implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, HCM, and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, AR, VR, Big Data, Data analytics, and IOT.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value and driving strategic growth.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and judgment skills.
