Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at DAMAC Properties, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet allocated sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities for further sales within key clients and escalating areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Meeting prospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospects per day.
  • Achieving tele-calling targets in terms of number of connected calls.
