Luxury Perfume Sales Manager - Drive Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Foster a positive team culture, promote open communication, and monitor performance metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions on perfume products, including different brands, scents, ingredients, and packaging, and conduct workshops to train sales associates on effective sales techniques.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, monitor sales performance, and ensure effective product merchandising and pricing strategies.
- Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture, resolve customer complaints promptly, and train sales associates on effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure effective merchandising of perfume products, monitor inventory levels, and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborate with other department managers, and identify areas for process improvement.
