Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our hotel's culinary team in Doha, Qatar.

About the Role
  • This is a senior role within our kitchen team, responsible for delivering exceptional Thai cuisine to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  1. Working closely with our Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  2. Ensuring that all kitchen operations are efficient, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  3. Maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  4. Managing kitchen staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
  • A strong background in Thai cuisine and extensive knowledge of menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • A passion for innovation and creativity in menu development.
