About the Role:

  • Purpose Of The Job:
  • Provide commercial and technical support to develop, negotiate, execute, analyze, and evaluate all LNG shipping and other marine-related contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review contract performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and agree on contract terms with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations.

Requirements And Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or engineering.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a shipping-related field, with a strong understanding of shipping contracts, terminology, and fundamentals of voyage analysis.
  • Proven experience in vessel contract performance reviews and claims settlement.

Tech Requirements:

  • Familiarity with standard industry sources of information, such as IMO, OCIMF, SIGTTO, and AtoBviaC.
  • Strong analytical skills, including economic analysis and verbal-reasoning skills.
