Job Summary

The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations, sales, and marketing principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Budget management and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
