Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies for rooms and F&B outlets to maximize revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create promotional packages.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs related to occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • F&B Menu Optimization: Review F&B menu pricing and promotions to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
