Our client, a renowned bakery ingredients and products company with a rich history spanning over two decades and a strong presence in 10 countries, is seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Doha, Qatar.

This role requires prior experience in HoReCa sales of bakery ingredients industry in Qatar. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for bakery products in the Oman market by managing and developing relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in the Qatar market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the company.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights to the company on product development and pricing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales and business development in the bakery ingredients industry in Qatar.
  • Experience in HoReCa sales is preferred.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with the Qatar market and its key players in the bakery ingredients industry.
  • Willingness to travel within Qatar for client visits and business meetings.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
