Job Description:

  1. Provide first-line technical support for clients via telephone and email.
  2. Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.
  3. Responsible for resolving or escalating customer-reported issues and logging them in the service desk tool.
  4. Create and document work instructions to aid in resolving similar incidents.
  5. Take ownership of all open service requests and update them regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary education in IT or a related field.
  • Current Microsoft or Cisco certifications with practical experience.
  • Experience with BES and Blackberry support.
  • At least 1 year of support experience with Cisco IPT systems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
  • Experience with HP Service Manager is a plus.
  • Operational experience in maintaining complex IT environments.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
