Main Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve operational issues, problems, and requests for support in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem Management: Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and stakeholders are kept informed of the status and any issues that may arise.
  • Software Development: Produce software designs showing processes, data flows, and stored data to support the development of new applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to verify the correct operation of completed software and ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Project Management: Define and document small-scale projects, identify and manage risks that may impact the success of the project, and ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Participate in meetings with stakeholders and assist with presenting issues and solutions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project management and IT support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and business applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any computer science or information technology discipline.
