About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lead to support our business division in Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project controls, planning, contracts, procurement, and subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze EPC Contractor performance, providing advice to ensure company objectives are achieved.
  • Support the Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, and change management.
  • Assess and analyze EPC Contractor project controls performance in execution planning, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • Develop and coordinate input from PMT team members for shareholder and stakeholder requirements.
  • Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests, including assessment of schedule and cost impacts.
  • Assist in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.
  • Assist in developing project close-out report to ensure detailed information on project performance is retained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum of ten years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.
  • Minimum five years of experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore plants and/or LNG plants.
  • Good software skills: Primavera P6, Advanced Excel.

Our Offer

We offer a competitive day rate in USD, plus allowance, and a 10-hour work schedule, 6 days a week. The role is renewable and based in Qatar.
