Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Artan Holding. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, manage the office budget, and ensure that the office is well-maintained and organized.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data, attendance, and other important information.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to senior leaders, including student progress reports and other administrative reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, or Management is essential. Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of secretarial or commercial work experience is essential.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to plan and organize, time management and task prioritization skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, and knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
