As a Product Merchandising Expert at CHALHOUB Group, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product categories and collections on our e-commerce website. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product recommendation and personalization tools to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure consistency of product SKUs and labels with ERP system
  • Liaise with purchasing team for new launches and commercial team for new brands listing
  • Manage product assortment by best sellers, unsung heroes, and new launches to optimize sales
  • Optimize product pages, including product imagery, monitoring reviews, cross-sells/upsell, and product page 'special offer' banners
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock issues during peak season and forecast stock replenishment for the purchasing team
  • Analyze and manage stock levels to reach sell-through ratio KPIs
