Job Title: Executive Conferences and Events Manager

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Conferences and Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Conferences and Events Department, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of conferences, events, and group bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage conferences, events, and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, PCOs, and travel agents to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
