About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Operations Manager to lead our Grocery Store operations and contribute to the success of tMart, the region's pioneering cloud store concept. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in store operations, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the operations manager to implement effective inventory management strategies, optimize the pick-pack process, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to ensure seamless inventory management and enforce strict quality control measures.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, proposing actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
  4. Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in store management, preferably in large retail environments and international settings.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, driving cross-functional projects, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from senior executives to store staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools, with a willingness to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Language proficiency in English and Arabic is desirable.
