About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Delivery Hero SE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Menu Quality and Pricing: Ensure menu quality index, price parity, and vendor-funded deals to drive affordability.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Build new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts through offers, renegotiating preferred partnerships, and upselling to new profitability levers.
  • Performance Management: Own full performance of your portfolio, from sales performance to in-store operations, marketing, and growth strategies, providing daily support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain regular cadence of in-person meetings with partners, provide excellent and proactive reporting, and negotiate and acquire restaurants on different ad products to boost growth.
Requirements
  • Sales Passion: Have a passion for sales and a strong transactional deal cycle.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
  • Ownership and Dedication: High level of ownership and dedication, with creative sales tactics to engage with prospects.
